We have a hell of a weekend lined up, starting at 5pm on the main bar with bartender Mike Casey and DJs Robert Drake and John Stanley for their weekly BOTTOMS UP! Cocktail party! Amazing drink specials and even better music. This is THE Friday cocktail to be at. Robert and John will be spinning the best 80s alt and new wave that you haven’t heard in far too long, and Mike will be there to make sure that your glasses are never empty.

Then we have a special KINKY KARNIVAL: PLPW (Philly Leather Pride Weekend) edition!
The Philadelphias are going to be doing it up right with Wax, Flogging and elecroplay stations. $5 donation gets you onto the TOP floor and five ‘ride tickets’ for the booths; with proceeds going to Philadelphia’s own Mazzoni center.

Tomorrow we’re pleased to host Shining with Pride; a bootblack workshop with 2011 International Mr. Bootblack Jim Deuder and 2011 International Ms. Bootblack KD. At last check there was one more spot available, contact boy.zech86@gmail.com for information. By the time we open for business there will be some amazingly shiny boots walking at Philly Leather Pride’s main event at Woody’s; 7pm-midnight.

The Keystone Boys of Leather will be hosting the official PLPW afterparty right here at the ‘Stop. Midnight until 2am. (and remember to pace yourselves, because it’s daylight savings time!)

The Keystone boys of Leather will be hosting their annual ‘Super Hero Night’ from 10pm-2am. Dress as your favorite Super Hero or Villain, or make up your own!  All costumes are welcome, it’s Halloween!
There will be beer specials to boot; what more could you ask for?

October is shaping up to be a very exciting month at the Bike Stop; all of our associate clubs have socials planned in addition to the Bears on Liberty Weekend, Outfest AND Halloween. We’re going to be in fun overload for the entire month!

On October 23rd, the Keystone boys and the Jersey boys of Leather are going to be saving the day with their Superhero & Villain social at the ‘Stop! Come out as your favorite caped avenger/arch villain, or make up your own character.The only thing better than a well dressed Super Hero is when it’s time for the cape to come off….

We’re working on processing the photos from the KeyStone boys Of Leather’s BOOTLUST event… grabbed some really amazing shots all things considered. While I tinker around with Aperture I figured I’d throw you guys out a preview. This is bootblack grant working hard to get the shine just right. We have more photos to add, so keep checking back.

Tonight we’ll be  hosting the Keystone Boys of Leather and their annual BOOT LUST party; they promise “Boot, Boys, Beers and Beats!” from 9pm-Midnight on both the main floor and in the Pit Stop (basement floor).
